Putting them on

1. Find the open end of the hoop.
2. Insert that end into your piercing from the front of your ear.
3. Gently push it through until the open end comes out behind your ear.
4. Continue sliding the hoop through until the decorative part sits where you want it.

Taking them off

1. Gently slide the hoop back the same way it went in until the open end comes completely out of your piercing.

A little tip: Never pull the hoop apart or force it through your piercing. Handle it gently to help keep its shape.
